Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PriaOptimal handles personal data collected through priaoptimal.com. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can request changes or deletion.

Who publishes this site

PriaOptimal is an editorial site operated in Jakarta, Indonesia, at Jl. MH Thamrin No. 1, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, 10310. We publish guides and comparison pages about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, energy and endurance formulas, and the wider field of healthy lifestyle products. Those pages are written for adults who want to understand ingredient panels before they buy anything, so the site reads more like a reference shelf than a shop front.

Because we write about men's vitamin formulas and popular products for men, people write to us with corrections, questions about a specific label, and requests to remove a message they sent earlier. Handling that correspondence responsibly is the whole purpose of this document. It is a policy page, not marketing material: nothing here is a claim about any product, and nothing here asks you to buy anything.

What we collect

The details you type into the contact form, plus the ordinary technical record your browser leaves behind.

Who can see it

Our own editorial team, and the hosting and mail providers that keep the site and our inbox running.

How to reach us

Write to [email protected], or send a letter to the Jakarta address printed on this page.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. If you contact us by email directly, we receive whatever you include in that message — nothing more and nothing less.

We also collect standard technical information generated by web server logs, such as the pages requested and the time of the request. That record does not include the contents of any message you sent, and it is not joined to your name.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is used to respond to your enquiry, verify corrections you report, and maintain a record of editorial changes. Server log data is used to keep the site running and to detect technical problems. Every other purpose you can think of is out.

A correction

We check the ingredient panel or the routine you flagged, then update the page if the correction holds up.

We keep a short internal note of what changed and why, so the same mistake does not return.

A question

Someone on the editorial team replies with what we know, and points you to the guide or comparison page that covers the topic.

The thread stays in our inbox until the question is settled and any resulting edit is made.

A removal request

We locate the message, delete it from the mailbox, and confirm back to you in writing.

If a legal obligation requires us to hold a record, we tell you that plainly instead of deleting silently.

Routine traffic

Server logs tell us which pages loaded and when, so we can spot broken links, slow pages, and failed requests.

Logs are read for technical faults only. We do not build visitor profiles from them.

We do not use contact data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties. If you wrote to us about a guide, the only thing that leaves our inbox is the answer to your message.

You can ask us to delete your message at any time

Correspondence is kept only while the enquiry is open.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and to document any correction that results from it. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period and then discarded.

If you ask us to delete your message, we will do so unless we are required to keep a record for legal reasons. When that happens, we tell you which part we are holding and for how long, rather than leaving you to guess.

Retention is not indefinite by default. Emails that led to a published change are kept as an internal record of the edit; emails that did not lead anywhere are cleared once the question is answered.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by service providers that host the site or deliver email, and those providers handle data only as needed to perform that function.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law or a valid legal request. In practice that means a formal written demand, not an informal request from a third party with a commercial interest in our reader list.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Send requests to [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your record. We will respond within a reasonable period and will tell you if we cannot fulfill a request and why.

Access

Ask what we hold under your name and email address, and we will describe it in plain terms.

Correction

Point out an error in a message record or a published guide, and we will fix it where the evidence supports it.

Deletion

Ask us to remove your message and any internal note attached to it, and we will confirm when it is done.

Clear answer

If a request cannot be met, we say why in writing. No silence, no vague reply, no forwarding loop.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies for basic functionality, such as remembering your choices between pages. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy, which forms part of this document.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect how parts of the site work — for example, a preference you set on one page may not carry to the next. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on priaoptimal.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, write to us and we will remove it from our records.

Our guides cover dietary supplements and healthy routines for adult readers. Anyone under the age of majority should speak with a parent, guardian, or a qualified health professional before acting on anything published here.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site operates or in applicable requirements. The current version is always published on this page, and there is no separate archive of older drafts to dig through.

Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. If a change would affect how we handle messages you have already sent, we will say so at the top of the page rather than burying it in the body text.
